All Parties require a $100.00 non refundable deposit in order for Coppermine Fieldhouse to reserve your booking in our schedule.
Party cancellations are allowed to reschedule one time, up to 72 hours before the party, provided the rescheduled date is within 1 year of your scheduled event. If the party is cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the party, the customer agrees that the deposit will be forfeited.
All parents are required to sign a waiver for their children under the age of 18 before they are able to participate in party activities at Coppermine Fieldhouse. Waivers will be provided to the party parent upon booking, or you can download our waiver by clicking here. We ask that you and your guests arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled party.
A head count is requested 5 days before your event. The actual head count may increase up to and including the day of the party. We welcome your late RSVPS!
Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes for all parties.
